Doug began his Reiki journey in 2008 when he received his first attunement and started practicing as a Level 1 practitioner. During this time, he offered sessions to family, friends, and himself, gaining confidence and deepening his understanding of the energy.
In 2016, Doug was re-attuned to Level 1 and received his Level 2 attunement during a retreat in Sedona, Arizona. In 2025, with the encouragement of a friend, he pursued further training and became a Master Practitioner. Doug continues to advance his practice and with recent certification, he is now eligible to teach and attune others as a Reiki Master Teacher. Doug is also a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals®.
Moved by the challenges and emotional heaviness in the world, Doug is dedicated to sharing this gentle, loving energy with his community. He currently offers Reiki sessions one Saturday each month at Sonoran Magic, a metaphysical shop in Green Valley, Arizona.
